What is ROM ?

What is ROM ?
rom

Rome stands for read only memory Rome is non-volatile memory means the data in Rome is not be deleted automatically when the power is off so Rome can store data permanently as it usual the data cannot be modified as it right on Rome Rome is not used for larger memory the example of Rome are like CD Rome and the computer biochip are some of the example for Rome types of from now let's discuss about the types of wrong there are three types of Rome the first is P Rome the second is EP Rome the third is double EP Rome they are all classified on the basis of data to be stored on it circuit diagram of Rome now let's discuss about circuit diagram a--from how it is formed here B is known as fuse point if P is connected to ground then it stores 0 and if P is not connected to ground then store 1 hence by fusing the point of P we can store 1 and 0

simultaneously on Rome P Rome programmable read-only memory in P Rome data can be inserted only one time and hence it cannot be modified to store the data P is fused to store 1 and if P is not fused its to 0 P is known as fuse point the second is EP rome irrigable programmable read-only memory in EP rome the data can be modified but for modification of data you will itis required this is a picture of EP rome in this picture you see a hole this hole is designed to pass UV light this UV light automatically deleted all the data inside the 'i'm f it past the third is a EP rome that is electrically erasable programmable read-only memory data or IEP rome can easily modified with the help of electrical charges only there is no required of any other you right to delete the data inside the IEP rome this type of rome are mostly using bias chip this is a bias chip using computer
